Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add all your dry ingredients and mix. In a cup mix vanilla and milk and vinegar allow to sit until the milk turns to buttermilk. Knead your dough until it's not sticky allow to sit for 30 mins or more to allow activation of baking soda, pour a litre of oil in a frying pan to be used for deep frying. Roll out the dough on a surface and use a sharp knife to cut the dough into desired shapes.Deep fry and allow each side to cook evenly and puff up, then drain the oil. Allow to cool. Enjoy.
