Grind the fried onion and then mix all the ingredients for koftas.
Make medium sized balls and deep fry them in oil. Keep them aside.
Put some oil in a pan.
Then add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, dhania, jeera powder, salt and fry for a few minutes. When oil and masala have separated, add paste of cashew and again fry for a minute.
Then add curd,a glass of water.

Boil the gravy and when it gets thick, add fried koftas and boil for five minutes.
serve with boiled rice or naan.
