Steps

Take 3 bowls into it divide t the chicken pieces.

Into fst bowl put red colour red chilli powder1 tbsp, dhaniya powder 2tbspand zeera powder1tbsp garam masala powder 1tsp and lemon.

Into 2nd bowl put green chilli paste1tbsp curd, salt, mint an coriander paste an black pepper 1tsp

Now into the 3rd bowl put curd hunged, green chilli paste, salt, fresh cream black pepper powder and garam masala powder. Keep for 2 hrs

Now put them on skewers and grill them on tawa on med to hig flame.

If you want to give flavour of BBQ then use the burnt charcoal and place in the centre pour oil and cover the kababs. Enjoy it's ready
