Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 packpancake mixture (500g)
  2. 1whole egg
  3. butter (melted)
  4. 2 tbspsugar
  5. fresh milk
  6. cheese
  7. For the toppings:
  8. 1egg yolk
  9. 1small can evaporated milk
  10. 1small can condensed milk
  11. butter (melted)

Cooking Instructions

    Add the pancake mixture, fresh milk, sugar, egg, butter. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Put butter on every sides of the llanera/molder. Pour in the mixture (half of the molder only).

  3. 3

    Make sure water in the steamer is boiling. Place the molders/llanera. Steam it for 20-30mins.

  4. 4

    For the toppings. In a separate pan, mix condensed milk, evap, egg yolk, butter. Mix continuously until you get the desired thickness.

    Remove the cake from the molder, place in a container. Top it with the milk mixture/toppings. Add cheese on top.
