Cheese Momo

The momo is mainly indigenous to Tibet. When the Newar community started trade with Tibet, they brought momo to Nepal. So momo gradually spread to East Asia and South Asian. Now it became street food in India.
Here I have made the filling with grated cabbage and homemade cheese. The filling and chutney , made the momos, awesome and upgrade to steps ahead.
