  • 1 table spoonadrak lehson paste
  • Oil as required for shallow frying
  • 2 tablespoonShan fry fish masala

    Sub sa phly fish ko wash kar ke is par 1-1/2 lemon juice or 1 teaspoon sakt laga 1 hour ke liye rakh dain phir is MN sa Grey water niklayga isay phaint kar ik mrtba llor pani sa wash krlain fish ko

    Ub ik fry pan lain Os is main ajwain dal kar 2 minute bhon kar isy hatoun sa crush krlain

    Or Ub osi fry pan MN besan ko bh bhonain or dono cheez oun koo ik trf rakh dain

    Ub ik bowl MN Shan fry fish masala, salt, 1-1/2 Lemon juice, adrak lehson paste, kuti lal mirch, kuti kali mirch, vinegar, ajwain and besan mix krlain

    Ub is mixture MN fish ke tamam pieces ko achi trhn rub Kar ke marinate krlain or 1 hour ke liye fridge MN rkhdain

    Ub ik ghnty bd ik fry pan MN oil Daal kar is marinated fish ko fry krlain

    Tyyr hai Bht he tasty fry fish 🐟🐠😋
