Ingredients

3 Servings
  • 1/2 cupwhite sesame seeds
  • 1 tspcoriander seeds
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 4-5curry leaves
  • 2garlic pods
  • 3-4red chilly
  • 1small gooseberry size tamarind
  • 1small gooseberry size jaggery
  • Salt as required

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Dry roast sesame seeds until it pops up. Some seeds won’t get popped up. In that case just roast for mins until it starts changing color.

  2. 2

    Grind it along with other ingredients.

  3. 3

    Serve with rice, dosa or idli.
