Homemade Pav
Steps

First in a bowl add warm milk, sugar and active dry yeast.stir well, cover it and keep aside for 10mins to proof.

After 10 minutes yeast mixture should look frothy.

Now in bowl/parat sieve together maida, milk powder and salt.make a well in centre then add activated yeast mixture and mix well to make sticky dough.(dough should be very sticky).

Knead the sticky dough for 2-3 mins.Now add butter to the sticky paste and start kneading by straching the dough for 8-10mins.or until it turns to a soft dough.

After 15 mins of kneading, tuck the dough and transfer this dough to a big bowl, cover with cling wrap and keep aside for an hour or until double in volume.

After an hour, take some maida dust your hands and punch down the dough. Take out on a flat surface,dust with little flour and knead for a minute. divide the dough into equal portions.

Now keep one portion in your palm and roll it in circular motion to make a round ball.make all dough balls similarly, arrange them in a greased pan and cover it again with cling wrap to proof again for half and hour.

Preheat oven to 200℃ for 10 minutes.after half and hour, remove the cling wrap and brush the pav gently with little milk.

Place the tin in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200℃.

Take them out immediately and brush the top part with butter. cover with damp cloth and Keep aside until cool completely.

Homemade ladi pav is ready to eat.
