Heat a pan, and fry coconut powder for 1 minute, don't burn and don't overcook

Now add mango pulp and condensed milk and cook on low flame untill thickens

Add sugar and dry nuts and keep stirring

When done, let it cool

Make small balls and spread coconut powder. And serve
