Boil raw mango in pressure cooker with one cup of water for 4 - 5 mins,once cooled to make a paste

Also boil the toor dal with two cup of water for 5 - 6 mins

Wash and chop the tomato.

Heat one tsp clarified butter in a pan.

Add black mustard seeds,cumin seeds and green chilli now add raw mango paste,curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well

Add chopped tomato,jaggery and ginger and mix it well.now add boiled dal and turmeric powder and cook for five mins

Turn off the flame
