In a large bowl mix chicken with all above ingredients to fry chicken. Heat oil in a skillet to deep fry chicken. Once chicken is golden brown remove and set aside in kitchen paper towel to drain excess oil.

Make a mango paste with above-mentioned ingredients and set aside. In a large skillet add honey and stir for 3-5 minutes on medium-low heat. Add mango paste to the honey and stir well for 3-5 minutes until the mixture turns little dark and thick.

Add chilli powder,salt to taste mix well.Add hot sauce or chilli sauce and combine well for 30 seconds.

Add dry red chillies and capsicum mix well.Cook for 4-5 minutes until capsicum gets crisp.But not over cooked.

Add the fried chicken into the mango mixture and combine.Cook for 3 minutes on low heat. or until the sauce is well coated with chicken.

Garnish with spring onions and white sesame seeds.
