No need for 🎵 ice ice ice, baby🎶 to make this easy, healthy, delicious chilled goodie. This a perfect quick breakfast when on a run to go to work/school. But also a great summer snack as well whether on a diet or not.

This can also do without moringa if you don't have some at home.

*Type O and Keto diet. Calories: 293 🙌

Tools needed: bullet or blender, and a mug.

Ingredients

  1. 1frozen banana
  2. 180 mlcold almond milk
  3. 1/2 cupraw oats, instant / rolled type
  4. 1 tbspmoringa, fresh OR powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wrap with seran and freeze banana the night before, or at least an hour before use. Chill your almond milk as well.

    Set up your bullet/blender. Throw-in all ingredients, and pulse until everything is well blended. [Don't add the seran wrap, mkay! 😆]

    Pour unto cup/mug. Enjoy! 💗
