In a big vessel/thal put Saibhaji (leftover palak ki Sabzi), chopped Onions, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, kasuri methi,add all three Atta's(wheat flour, Rice flour and besan)

Then put all Spices add Salt,3tbsp Oil/ 1 tbsp butter,make dough and keep it cover for few minutes.Make medium size paratha from Dough and put Oil ya butter,till it's done and serve hot with Curd ya Mayonnaise, sauce

For Mayonise; in a bowl put butter, Malai,add mix herbs(red chilli flakes, oregano and pepper powder),beat all ingredients with a big spoon till it's soft

Lastly serve Paratha with Curd, roasted papad and Mayonise (homemade) and yummy it taste
