Cut the onion in slice

Cut potatoes in thin slices

Cut green chillies into thin slices

Chop the tomatoes

Now heat up a wok add oil and add the potato slices and fry it on high flame for 2-3 minute

Now add tomatoes chillies and dry spices and fry it on low flame

Fry the patatoes until golden or done now add fresh coriander and turn off the heat

Try this with chapati it is realy good in taste

You can also make chapati roll

For chapati roll take a chapati spread katchup mayonise and sone shraded cabbage

Now put fry aloo bhujiya and just roll it and enjoy with soft drink
