Chappati sandwich is a good to go option. You can skip the use of bread and make the sandwiches healthier by using chappati.

Shred cabbage, grate carrot and thinly slice capsicum. Heat butter and oil together add kalonji or onion seeds and chopped garlic.

Add veggies and saute for a while. Add all the masalas mentioned above and 1 tsp tomato ketchup, saute again. Add corn flour and water slury and mix well.

Let the mixture bind well. Add Coriander leaves and let it be on room temperature.

Now take chappatis and spread tomato ketchup on the base. Now put filling on one side.

Grate some cheese over it and cover the chapati. Now applying butter on grill pan grill the chappati sandwich from both sides flipping occasionally. Cut from middle and serve hot.
