  • Halfcup semolina
  • Halfcup sugar
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 3-4Cardamom
  • 2 cupsWater
  • Almonds for garnishing
  • 4 dropsKewra water

  1. 1

    In a sauce pan heat oil and put semolina cook it for 5 mins on low flame so it's aroma comes out.

    Add water in it and sugar too.

    Stir it on low heat for 5 to 7 mins, add kewra water. Cover it with lid.

    Garnish it with almonds then Serve it hot.
