Wash and peel karele.

Slit it.

In a bowl add salt, red chilli,haldi,dhaniya powder,garam masala and amchur powder.

Mix well.

Stuff this masala in karele.

Heat a kadhai

Add mustard oil

Put karele in it

Cover it and cook on slow flame

After some time change the side

When it's colour change into brown,it is ready
