Firstly wash the rice.then boiled rice and add salt,soya chunks.

Take oil in kadhai add cumin seeds, mustard seeds,bay leaves, cinnamon stick, black pepper, cloves, green cardamom,black cardamom sliced onion, ginger garlic paste let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Then add capsicum, cauliflower, boiled potato curd salt, cumin powder, Garam Masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste, hing mix all the ingredients well, cover it and let all the vegetables cook well on low flame.

Then add tomato and curd cook it 2 minutes.Divide the rice into different portions and give them different colors. Red, Green, Yellow.

Then mix the colored rice in the spices, then rotate it well.

Then add green coriander leaves and cashews nuts and serve it hot.
