Soak cous-cous with a little water then add in the oil, maggi, salt, onga, moringa, crushed ground nut, curry & thyme then mix every thing well & add into a leather put into a colander, add water into a pot on heat & put the colander on it cook until soft.

For the pepper chicken simply put the crushed red bell pepper, scotch pepper, onion into a pot on heat add in the oil & fry on medium heat, then add in the spices i.e maggi, salt, curry & thyme stir every thing well then add in the fried chicken stir then serve.

Serve the cous-cous into a bowl level the bowl then pour into a plate add in the cooked beans, then the pepper chicken & serve...enjoy🍴
