Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven at 170°C. Grease 7 pan with butter and set aside.
- 2
Take a microwave safe bowl add butter and white chocolate. Melt in microwave oven 30 sec interval, whisking after each until completely smooth. Now let it cool completely.
- 3
In another bowl add powder sugar and all-purpose flour and mix well. Set aside.
- 4
Into the butter, mix add egg one by one and beat them. Add vanilla and beat it for 1 minute.
- 5
Into the wet mix add dry mixture in batches. Incorporate everything by cut and fold method.
- 6
Spread evenly into prepared pan. Here I have added some extra white chocolate.
- 7
Bake for 30 minutes. Insert a toothpick if it comes out wet it is not done. If there only a few moist crumbs the blondies are done. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Now cut into pieces and enjoy.

I have found that an old oven might take longer than the 23 minutes, and a new one might take sooner than the 17 minutes. I recommend checking them every two minutes after the 15 minute mark.jpgrtbcp
