Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry them untill colour changes to light brown

Then add garlic and ginger paste and cook

Now add chopped tomatoes and cook untill mashed completely

Now add salt, chilli powder, haldi and cook until done

Now add boiled daal chana and cook until oil comes out from cornors

Now add water for gravy

Cook on high flame for 3 minutes then on medium flame for 5-10 minutes, untill water thickens

For tarka.... Now take another pan, heat oil, and fry garam masala and green chillies,

Now pour tarka on cooked dal and stay it on steam..

Garnish, Serve and enjoy
