Soak soya bean overnight.

Boil soya chunks as following instructions in packet.

Now smooth paste soak soya bean less water use 1/4 cup water. Use less water.boiling soya chunks also grinding.

Now, soyabean + soya chunks paste add maida as require & make chapti dough no add water add salt.

Make roti & cut long pieces out of it & Roll the long pieces on the sticks.

Take a pan full of water & heat it, add the sticks & let it boil 15- 20 mins. After soaking the sticks in cold water for a few minutes.

Your homemade soya chaap are ready to cook. Now also frozen in ziplock bag for 1 month.
