  • 5bananas (freezed)
  • 2carrots (grated)
  • 1small beetroot (grated)
  • 1/2 cuproasted groundnuts

  • Blender and grinder

    Grind your roast nuts with the grinder till fine.

    Put the bananas, beet root and carrots in the blender jug and blend.

    Add in the nuts and blend for 10seconds.
