Ingredients

  1. 50 grmsSoya chunks
  2. 1 inchGinger
  3. 4 clovesGarlic
  4. 3Green chilli
  5. 1 tbspGaram masala powder
  6. 1 tspChaat masala powder
  7. 1Onions
  8. 1 tspCoriander leaves
  9. 1 tbspMaida(flour)
  10. as requiredOil
  11. as per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the soyachunks in hot water in about one hour

  2. 2

    Grind ginger,garlic,green chilli to a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Strain the soya chunks from the water and grind it coarsely

  4. 4

    Add the soya chunks and the ground paste to a bowl

  5. 5

    Add garam masala,chaat masala,salt, onions and coriander leaves

  6. 6

    Much everything well, add a maida to a mixture and mix well..

  7. 7

    Take a kabab skewer and shape kebabs into it

  8. 8

    Heat some oil for deep frying

  9. 9

    Slowly place the kebabs into the hot oil & deep fry them till they golden brown in colour

  10. 10

    Serve it hot with some green chutney or tomato sauce (for garnishing cut lemon and keep it sprink some green onions in it
