Take a pressure cooker add tur dal, chopped papaya, turmeric powder, salt, water, bay leaf, ginger paste and pressure cook it up to 3 whistleS.

Take a pan add 3tbs ghee, green chillies, red chillies, cumin seeds stir it for 3-4 sec. Then add the dal in it.

Add some curry leaves. Sprinkle some garam masala and cook it for another 2-3min. Sprinkle some coriander leaves. Serve it hot with rice.
