Millet/bajra a very healthy food good in digestion I made this bajri vadi which is something new with some taste of garlic chilli paste and dry masala liked it very much

In a mixing bowl add millet flour what flour and all above ingredients except seesame seeds water and mix well

After mixing add seesame seeds and water and knead dough

Grease palm with oil and make small flat balls
- 4
Now steam those balls for 15 to 20 minutes... As it gets steam colour changes... Keep aside to cool

Now heat oil in kadai and deep fry on slow medium flame till it's turns golden crispy... Serve it with green chutney and enjoy bajri ki vadi
