Measure out your ingredients using a scale. Place the butter in a bowl then add the sieve flour. Rub it together with your hands until the consistency is like bread crumbs. Add the condensed milk and form a dough.

No refrigeration needed for the dough. Just flour a work surface and roll out the dough. Use a cookie cutter to cut out round shapes. Take a smaller cutter and make holes in half the cookies.

Place in a pre heated oven and bake for 8 to ten minutes. If your oven has a temperature guage, bake at 160°C for 10 minutes.

Leave the cookies to cool completely. Get some condensed milk and scoop aabout half a teaspoon on the whole cookies then place the cookie with a hole in the centre on top of that. This will stick the cookies together. Enjoy!
