Chocolate Mousse

This one is unique for me as I made this when I was in my teenage... I still remember my friends were coming over next day and they asked me to make something... Though I thought of making something else but then I needed more of milk chocolate which that day I couldn't find in the shop near by be.. Since my mom is fond of cooking I had some milk and dark Chocolate at home so I got idea to make this mousse combining both.. And believe me it did turn out tasty...

Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

6 people
  1. 100 gmdark chocolate chopped roughly
  2. 100 gmmilkr chocolate chopped roughly
  3. 200 gmAmul fresh cream
  4. as required Chocolate sticks and whipped cream for decoration

Cooking Instructions

    Take 100 gm of cream in a bowl and heat it on low flame by stiring continuously.

    Do not over heat as it will leave ghee or oil. Just warm up.

  3. 3

    Take chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and transfer this cream into it and mix well.

  4. 4

    You will see with the help of heat of cream chocolates will melt and combine nicely.

    Leave it to cool down to room temp forming into a dark chocolate ganache.

    Repeat the above steps for forming milk Chocolate ganache.

    Now take the shot glasses and as shown pour a layer of dark chocolate ganache then milk chocolate ganache and then again the dark chocolate ganache.

    You can change the layer as per your choice.

    Now refrigerate it for at least 3-4 hrs.

    Decorate it with some whipped cream chocolate sticks and canned cherry on top.

    Enjoy this chilled..simple chocolaty dessert
