Ingredients

  1. 8 slicesbread
  2. 1 cupsteamed corn
  3. 1 cupcheese
  4. 2 tea spoonmint chutney (available in Asian grocery store)
  5. 1/4 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix corn, cheese, black pepper powder, mint chutney and salt

  2. 2

    Take a slice of bread and spread 1-2 spoon of mixed corn and place the other slice of bread on top it

  3. 3

    Pre heat tawa or oven

  4. 4

    Place the prepared sandwich on tawa/ oven tray, bake 7-8 minutes in a oven and if you are doing it on tawa then bake for 8-10 minutes with closed lip

  5. 5

    After 4-5 minutes flip the sandwich and bake the rest

  6. 6

    Sandwich is ready to serve hot with tomato ketchup/ hot sauce
