Ingredients

  • 500 gmRaw mango (kary)
  • 250 gmSugar
  • as required Water
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  • 8-10Mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoonBlack salt
  • 1 teaspoonRoasted Jeera Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash the raw mangoes and then boil them with some mint leaves in pressure cooker for 3 whistles.

  2. 2

    Let it cool,then peel off the raw mangoes and take out the pulp and blend it properly.

  3. 3

    Now,take a pan and add sugar and water so that sugar completely dip in water.

  4. 4

    Boil the solution so that sugar completely dissolves and add the raw mango pulp,black salt,black pepper powder and roasted jeera powder in it.

  5. 5

    Let it boil for 5-10 minutes and let it cool.

  6. 6

    Serve it mixing with chilled water in your favourite glass.Yummy chilled KARY-PANNA is ready.
