Ingredients

  1. 1 packetSpagetties
  2. Water to boil
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tbspOil
  5. cubesFried chicken
  6. 1 tbspSoya sauce
  7. 1/2 cupchopped Peas
  8. 1/2 cupchopped Carrots
  9. 1/2 cupchopped Green bell pepper
  10. 1/2 tea spoonBlack pepper
  11. For chicken marination:
  12. Cut chicken into cubes (Wash it with vaniger for best results)
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. Black pepper
  15. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  16. 1 tspcoriander powder
  17. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  18. 1squeezed lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Add water to the pot and boil it. Add a tablespoon of oil and pinch of salt.

    Now add spagetties to the water and cook it over high flame for 10 minutes or as according to per package instructions.

    Add all the spices in a bowl and marinate the chicken for an hour. Then deep fry it until brown.

    Now drain the water from the spagetties and keep aside.

    Preheat little oil in another pan and add chopped veggies to it.Stirr fry it on high flame for 5 minutes.

    Add black pepper to it, pinch of salt and a tablespoon of soya sauce. Mix well. Then add spagetties to it. Fry it for 2 minutes.

    Now add fried chicken cubes to it, stirr fry for 2 more minutes. It's ready to serve. Enjoy!
