My kids love ❤️ chips alot and getting to hotels every weekend during this covid pandemic is to be avoided as much as possible.
First that's gonna save you some cash and you will be safe too.
I did a hotel estimated of what we had for dinner and that totalled to almost 1600 for 4 adults 🤭 that's a lot.

Cooking Instructions

Peel and wash your potatoes.

Then cut them into small wedge shaped sizes. Soak them into salty water that has vinegar added for 30 min. This helps to make the fries 🍟 crispy.

Remove your potatoes and fry them using a kitchen towel or serviette. Heat your oil in a deep pan until it's very hot.

Deep your potatoes into the hot oil and let them cook until ready.

Serve with sausages
