Ingredients

  • Potatoes, 2 biggins per person
  • to tasteFrench fry seasoning, as needed,
  • Oil, any kind
  • Salt, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel your potatoes, rinse your potatoes

  2. 2

    Pour about 3 to 4 inches of oil in your pan and heat it til bubbly on medium high

  3. 3

    Slice your potatoes, I personally use my veggie slicer to save time. Goal is thinly sliced

  4. 4

    Fry til well their like a chip, slightly golden brown

    Stick in a strainer in a bowl and season to taste.

    Cool and eat
