Ingredients

45 minutes

  1. 550 gramsflour
  2. 250 mlmilk
  3. 2 tspactive yeast
  4. 2 tspsugar
  5. 1egg
  6. few dropsvanilla essence
  7. forFor caster:
  8. 500 mlmilk
  9. 1/4 cupcorn flour
  10. 3/4 cupsugar
  11. Few dropsvanilla extract
  12. 2eggs
  13. as requiredfood coloring

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Add yeast to warm milk and leave it tell active and add to flour

  2. 2

    Add butter,egg, vanilla and mix it well to get very soft dough.let it to active 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Stretch the dough And make a small circle dough hight 2 cm and leave it 10 minutes again

  4. 4

    Heat oil in medium temperature 160 and fry donuts till cooking and have golden colour.

  5. 5

    Make caster in pot add milk,sugar,2 eggs,vanilla and corn flour gently until become thick

  6. 6

    After donuts cool fill donuts with caste using piping bag

  7. 7

    Make a glaze(1 cup powder sugar +3 tsp of milk+food Coloring)

  8. 8

    Put donuts in glaze and melt chocolate to garnish

  9. 9
