#Hot Bottle gourd/lauki is good for summer. It keeps our body cool during summer. Easy to digest and tasty too. It's a dish made up of South Indian flavour .

#Hot Bottle gourd/lauki is good for summer. It keeps our body cool during summer. Easy to digest and tasty too. It's a dish made up of South Indian flavour .
Steps

Wash the lauki. Cut the lauki into medium pieces.

Put 4 table spoon oil into a pan. Add mustard seed and chana dal into it. Add uraad dal also.saute it until it becomes light brown.

Add the piece of Pauli into it. Mix it well, put the flame on high.saute it for 2minutes.

Add salt the taste, turmeric powder into it. And mix it well.

Add the moong dal after washing it thoroughly into the pan. Add water one small cup and cover the pan.let it cook for 40 minutes.

After the lauki becomes soft, add the grated coconut. put the flame on high. Let the excess water dry and serve hot with rice. (do gurnish by Coriander leaves, coconut, dry red chili, lentil dumpling)
