  3. Favorite seasoning
  4. 1dehydrator

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pork skin for 30 min

  2. 2

    Remove from heat and let cool

  3. 3

    Remove excess fat with hand if any on skin

  4. 4

    Cut skin into small strips about 1/4” wide 1”- 2” in length

  5. 5

    Place in dehydrator for 24 hours

  6. 6

    Skins should look translucent and almost feel like pieces of plastic when done dehydrated.

  7. 7

    Heat oil to 375* once oil is hot drop in a few pork skins and watch the fun.

  8. 8

    Season with favorite seasoning and enjoy.
