Vermicelli and semolina together really a very delicious snack. Soft from inside full of veggies and healthy option for evening cravings.
Steps

Take vermicelli and dry roast it on pan until slightly golden in colour. Then semolina to the same pan dry roast both together.

Take it out in a large bowl and let it be on room temperature. Now wash the vegetables and drain the water completely and chop them. You can take vegetables of your choice. I took capsicum, onion, carrot, cabbage.

Finely chop all the vegetables and add to vermicelli semolina mixture. Add all the masalas mentioned above and curd too.

Add enough water approximately 1 cup and mix everything well. Cover and keep it for 15 minutes.

Uncover after 15 minutes and add baking soda. Mix well. Now take appam pan and add oil in each mould. Add 1 tsp batter in each mould and cook for 3 minutes. Cover the pan with any lid.

After 3 minutes, uncover the pan and flip each appe and cook from another side without covering the lid.

Soft appes are ready. Serve hot with your favourite dip or tomato ketchup.
