Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1 big cup oats
  • 1/2 cupsuji
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsp lal mirch
  • 1/4 tspgaram masal
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1toamato chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 8-10curry leaves chopped
  • 1 tspadrak ,chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    First mix suji, oats and curd, add water in a bowl. mix well. Rest for 15 mins.

    Then mix all vegies, spices and water in it.mix well.

    The heat a nonstick tawa at low flame.Spread batter on it.

    Cook from both sides, till golden brown.serve with chutney and sauce.
