Duska with aloo ki sabji

Soak rice and dal for 5hrs. Grind these with very little water. Keep batter for 2hrs for farmantation.

Take some oil in cooker. Add hing black pepper jeera Coriander seed bay leaf green chilli and ginger. Fry for 2 minuts. Add tomato and all masalas. And fry.all potato. Cook till 5whistle.

For duska. Add salt hing garam masala little water and dhania powder. In a pan heat oil for duska. Pour little batter in pan and fry. On medium flam. Fry it from both sides. Now duska is ready to serve.
