Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRice
  2. 1/2 cupChana dal
  3. 1/4 cupurad dal
  4. 4potatoes
  5. 2Tomatoes
  6. fewgreen chillies
  7. 1 inchGinger
  8. 1-2 Bay leaves
  9. fewWhole black pepper
  10. as requiredCoriander seeds
  11. 1 tspJeera
  12. pinchHing
  13. As per taste Red chilli powder
  14. 1 tspHaldi powder
  15. 1 tspDhania powder
  16. as per tasteSalt
  17. 1 tspGaram masala
  18. as requiredOil
  19. as requiredDry red chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice and dal for 5hrs. Grind these with very little water. Keep batter for 2hrs for farmantation.

  2. 2

    Take some oil in cooker. Add hing black pepper jeera Coriander seed bay leaf green chilli and ginger. Fry for 2 minuts. Add tomato and all masalas. And fry.all potato. Cook till 5whistle.

  3. 3

    For duska. Add salt hing garam masala little water and dhania powder. In a pan heat oil for duska. Pour little batter in pan and fry. On medium flam. Fry it from both sides. Now duska is ready to serve.
