Ingredients

  1. 6 tbspbesan
  2. 1 tsphaldi powder
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. 1/2 lemon
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. 1 tsprai
  9. FewGreen chillies
  10. fewcurry leaves
  11. 1eno packet

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix besan and all masala with half glass of water and make it thick

    Grease the dhokla plate with oil and put 1 eno packet in batter and whisk it

    Steam the batter for 15 mins or till it is cooked. For vagar take oil, rai, green chili, curry leaves, sugar and 3 tbsp water and boil it after that pour the vagar on dhokla and serve hot with chutney
