Heat the pan with milk when milk start to boil then add cocoa powder, half cup sugar powder mix it well and stir continuously on medium flame

When milk slightly thick then reduce the flame and add vanilla essences mix it well keep it aside.

In a mixing bowl put chilled amul cream now whisk until soft peaks add sugar powder again eat it few seconds (using hand mixer)

In a small bowl put 1 tbsp warm water add gelatin and mix until dissolve

When chocolate mixture has completely cooled, pour in the the whipped cream, add gelatin mixture fold in the mixture gently

Now pour the airtight container and close the lid tightly, freeze for at least overnight.

Once set,then serve the yummy chocolate ice cream scoops.
