Take a pressure cooker add ghee.

Now add cumin seed and green chillies. Then add grated ginger.

Now add potato and chopped tomatoes cook for a couple of min.

Now add salt and black pepper powder add 1/2glass of water. Cook till 2 whistle at medium high flame.

After cool down open the lid mash and mix some potatoes with help of ladle. Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve with buckwheat flour poori.

Note : If you used boiled potatoes then you can cook in pan or kadhai.
