Ingredients

  • 40elderflowers
  • 3lemons
  • 2 kgsugar
  • 2 lwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the flowers in water.

  2. 2

    Boil the water.

  3. 3

    Cut the lemons.

  4. 4

    Add the sugar to the water and let it melt.

  5. 5

    Mix the water, flowers and lemons.

  6. 6

    Let it be in cool temperature for 3 days. Stir the juice every morning and evening.

  7. 7

    Filter the juice.

  8. 8

    Drink!
