Ingredients

4 to 6 servings
  • 1/2 lt milk
  • 1/3rice over night soak
  • 1/2 tspcardamon powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 pinchyellow color

  1. 1

    Take a garender add rice slightly thicker rice

    Take a deep pan add milk boiled add rice mix it no lumps in the mixture low medium cooked 10 to 15 minutes and than ready phirni.

    Take a bowl add 5 tbsp phirni add yellow color mix it and take the mixture in hand round it and ready Emoji.
