Ingredients

  • 2cup all-purpose flour or Maida
  • 2tsp ghee
  • to taste salt
  • 1tsp black pepper powder
  • as needed Water

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all, add flour flour parsley, half teaspoon salt, two teaspoons oil in a bowl and pour the flour with light hot water, the dough is like a puri.

    Separate some flour and mix it with red colour and put it on one side of the cover.

    Then take a pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil and heat it, add onion, add ginger garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes, add tomatoes, add all the spices, cook for 2 minutes, add grated cheese, stir and cook, add chopped coriander.

    Keep heating the oil in the pan and make small dough of flour

    Now take one poori, 1 teaspoon of paneer vegetable in the middle, apply light water in two sides and close the mode on all sides.

    In this way, close the whole poori with cheese and make it parsal.

    Now take red flour, take a thin vine and cut a long strip with a knife.

    Now take water on a red bandage and stick it on Parsal

    Now turn the parsal on medium gas with a spoon and fry it on the other side.

    Take out the gift parsalas when it is crispy
    Serve with Sose
