Lotus stem aloo sabji

First take lotus stem. Wash peoperly, cut into round pieces. Then cut potato.

Heat a pan. Add ghee and jeera, hing, adrak, green chilli and keep stir. Add tomato puree.

Cook it, add all spices except garam masala. keep stir and add lotus stem and potato. Add water (1-1.5 glass)

Cover the lid and whistle it(4-5 whistle). Now sabji is ready. Add garam masala and coriander.
