Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar
Mix well and keep aside - 2
Stir once swells up

Take puréed pumpkin, milk, salt and flour in a big bowl and add yeast. Mix well and knead a soft dough

Flour will be sticky so turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, 6-8 minutes.

Place in a greased bowl.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.Punch dough down; divide in small smooth balls.

Now flatten the balled dough on your palm and keep a spoon of marmalade in each and close carefully like we stuff in parantha

Keep that end downwards
Keep on a flat surface and give cuts with the Scissors till the center.

Don’t cut completely so as to keep it joined from the middle.
Place them in a greased baking pans.
Cover and let rise until doubled

Place a long piece of walnut in the middle and brush with milk. Now bake at 350° for 22-28 minutes or until golden brown.

Take out when baked and kids will love jam filled Pumpkin flavored yummy buns.
