  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 1 tsp methkoot
  • 2 tspghee
  • Pinchsalt
  • as neededCarrot flowers
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves
  • 3-4Pepper corns
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupCauliflower florets
  • as neededCabbage
  • 1/2Capcicum for wings

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix methkoot,ghee,salt and make birds shape.

    Arrange back ground with cabbage leaves arrange carrot flowers, coriander leaves.

  3. 3

    Place peppercorns as eyes carrots for beak, capcicum for wings and methkoot birdie is ready.
