  2. 1 tsp methkoot
  3. 2 tspghee
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. as neededCarrot flowers
  6. 2 tspcoriander leaves
  7. 3-4Pepper corns
  8. 2Tomatoes
  9. 1/2 cupCauliflower florets
  10. as neededCabbage
  11. 1/2Capcicum for wings

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix methkoot,ghee,salt and make birds shape.

    Arrange back ground with cabbage leaves arrange carrot flowers, coriander leaves.

    Place peppercorns as eyes carrots for beak, capcicum for wings and methkoot birdie is ready.
