Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • Boiled Potato – 1 Medium
  • 1/2 TspSalt –
  • 1/2 TspRed Chilli –
  • 1/2 TspChaat Masala –
  • 1 TbspCarrots (chopped) –
  • 1 TbspOnion (chopped) –
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Green Chilies
  • 1/3 TspBlack Pepper –
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Oil – For Frying
  • All-purpose flour (Maida)
  • Bread Crumbs

Steps

30 minutes

    Take a medium-size potato and boiled it

  2. 2

    Mash Potato properly.

  3. 3

    Now add salt, black pepper, red chili powder, chaat masala.

  4. 4

    In the same way, add chopped carrots and onion

  5. 5

    Also, add green coriander and green chilies to make it aromatic and little spicy.

  6. 6

    Add crushed mozzarella cheese.

  7. 7

    Mix all the ingredients together.

  8. 8

    Now take a small portion of mixed potatoes in hand and make a small ball.

  9. 9

    Flat the ball from the middle and place a big piece of mozzarella cheese and form it in the form of balls using hands

  10. 10

    Make sure the balls are smooth.

  11. 11

    Preparation of Coating: In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, and little water to make a semi-thick paste.

  12. 12

    Dip the balls in flour paste then coat in bread crumbs

  13. 13

    Fry all balls on medium-high heat until it gets golden

  14. 14

    Fried potato cheese balls are ready to serve.
